The team collaborates closely with general contractors and design partners to successfully execute metal panel facades that meet project performance and aesthetic requirements.
About the Role
- Manage commercial façade and metal panel projects, including ACM systems, from preconstruction through project closeout
- Review project drawings, specifications, and RFIs to support project planning, coordination, and execution
- Coordinate closely with architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and cost control, including change management and forecasting
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proposing solutions to maintain schedule and budget
- Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation, reporting on cost, schedule, and scope
- Support client communication and contribute to project meetings, updates, and presentations
About the Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in the façades industry, with a strong focus on commercial projects
- Proven experience managing projects involving architectural metal panel systems, including ACM panels
- Strong background overseeing building envelope and façade projects from preconstruction through completion
- Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and cost control, including change orders and forecasting
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
- Proven ability to work closely with architects, general contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
- Solid understanding of building envelope systems, fabrication methods, and installation processes
