About the Client

Our success is built on the values, principles, and vision of our founder, who believed deeply in the power of people. The company was founded on the belief that strong leadership, hard work, and treating others with respect create lasting success. That commitment to the Golden Rule — treating others as you want to be treated — continues to guide the organization today.

We are firm, flexible, and honest. We do the right thing every single time. Leaders in the field are empowered to make decisions, and being easy to work with is a core philosophy that is both intentional and deliberate — one that requires discipline and grit. These qualities, along with a strong vision for growth, have helped establish the company as one of the Southeast’s leading contractors.

Our success is driven by the dedication and service of every employee. Construction is demanding work, requiring long hours and the ability to meet critical deadlines, and we are proud to employ some of the most talented professionals in the industry. When you join the team, you become part of a family-oriented culture.

About the Role

  • Responsible for the daily implementation and maintenance of a clean, safe, and organized MEP work site while leading field operations teams to work efficiently and exceed project requirements, quality standards, and productivity goals.
  • Take ownership of MEP activities within the overall project schedule, including assisting with schedule development and updates. Lead implementation by coordinating MEP subcontractors, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
  • Manage and coordinate MEP scopes of work, ensuring mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations are completed in accordance with contract documents, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Oversee field documentation, punch-list items, inspections, testing, commissioning, and close-out activities. Communicate contract and scope changes with the Project Manager.
  • Participate extensively in 3D/BIM field coordination of MEP trades with the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team. Ensure all MEP systems are installed in accordance with the coordinated 3D model and approved drawings.
  • Assist with planning and project setup during the pre-construction phase, including MEP constructability reviews, scheduling, scopes of work, equipment requirements, coordination, and site logistics.
  • Coordinate closely with General Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, inspectors, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful MEP delivery.
  • Promote and support strong internal and external relationships across all divisions and departments, as well as with clients, subcontractors, and the public.
  • Identify and resolve MEP coordination issues, conflicts, and field conditions while maintaining project schedule and quality expectations.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to increase technical competencies and knowledge of MEP construction.

About the Candidate
