Mechanical Estimator

An established and growing Mechanical & HVAC Engineering specialist with over 15 years of industry experience is seeking a Mechanical Estimator to join their expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in mechanical building services estimation, looking to take the next step in their career with a company that values both technical excellence and team culture.

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Estimating a wide variety of Mechanical & HVAC projects across the commercial and residential sectors
• Working closely with the pre-construction team, supply chain and clients
• Projects based across London and the South East

• Previous experience in mechanical estimating (within the building services/M&E sector)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical services
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Based within commuting distance of London and the South East
