Mechanical Design Engineer

• Educational Background:  A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. We also value a combination of education and extensive experience, with 5 to 20 years of relevant industry experience.
• Leadership Experience:  You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience leading engineering teams in the commercial market, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Industry Expertise:  Extensive experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, managing HVAC projects with increasing responsibility. A Professional Engineer (PE) License Preferred or working towards. 

• Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with meticulous attention to detail.
