Level 5 Boiler/Chiller Tech - Atlanta

You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing and repairing complex boiler and chiller systems, ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently and reliably.

Key responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing large-capacity boilers and chillers.
• Diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, combustion and controls issues.
• Performing equipment startups, commissioning and preventative maintenance.
• Resolving challenging service calls with minimal supervision.
• Recommending effective repairs and documenting technical findings.
• Maintaining high safety and workmanship standards.

The successful candidate MUST be a Level 5 Service Technician with proven, extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing large-scale industrial boilers and commercial chillers.

We are looking for a top-tier technical specialist who can independently diagnose complex faults and carry out repairs, ideally within hospitals, industrial plants, central utility facilities or other large commercial environments.

Essential requirements:

• Level 5 Service Technician experience and capability.
• Proven hands-on troubleshooting and repair of large industrial boilers rated in the millions of BTUs.
• Strong experience with large commercial or industrial chillers.
• Ability to diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, combustion and control-system faults independently.
• Experience with high-capacity equipment in demanding commercial or industrial facilities.

Experience with centrifugal or screw chillers, high-pressure steam boilers, burner controls and combustion systems is highly desirable. Routine preventative maintenance experience alone is not sufficient.
