Joinery Project Manager

• Manage multiple joinery projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, designers, architects, and subcontractors
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design intent for bespoke joinery packages
• Coordinate with in-house production teams and site teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Develop and maintain project programmes, tracking progress and mitigating risks
• Oversee procurement of materials and subcontract packages
• Monitor project costs, variations, and financial performance
• Conduct regular site visits across London to ensure quality control and compliance with health and safety standards
• Lead project meetings and provide clear reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure all works meet relevant regulations, standards, and client expectations

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within joinery, fit-out, or high-end interiors
• Strong technical understanding of bespoke joinery manufacturing and installation processes
• Ability to read and interpret detailed construction and shop drawings
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control experience
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence

• Experience delivering luxury residential or high-end commercial interiors
• Background working with architects and interior designers on bespoke projects
• Knowledge of CAD or joinery detailing processes
