Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician / Lead Technician to join their team.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled Industrial Electrician with extensive experience working within manufacturing, production, distribution, or heavy industrial environments. You will be comfortable troubleshooting complex electrical systems, working with industrial controls, and leading projects on site while remaining hands-on with installations, maintenance, and fault finding.

You will have a strong technical background combined with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality work.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician within manufacturing or industrial facilities
Experience working in large-scale production, warehouse, distribution, or factory environments
Strong understanding of industrial control systems
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and control-related issues
Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding technicians on site
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's licence
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
