HVAC Technician - Commercial Only

Our client is a well-established mechanical contractor serving the Dallas–Fort Worth market, with a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and delivering complex commercial projects to a high standard.

We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join the team working primarily on commercial new-construction mechanical projects across the Dallas area.

The role involves installing modern HVAC equipment and associated mechanical systems, with exposure to a variety of leading manufacturers and equipment types. You will also have the opportunity to work with field-installed controls and modern HVAC technology.

This is a 40-hour Monday–Friday position, with no nights or weekends and no residential work. Projects are generally located within approximately 25 miles of the office.

• Commercial HVAC experience

• A willingness to work with modern HVAC equipment and technology
• Previous new-construction experience is highly desirable
