We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure excellent customer service. This role is responsible for scheduling, quality control, financial oversight, and maintaining compliance with industry standards in the Tampa area.
The Service department has the ability to customize maintenance programs on chilled water, DX systems, cooling towers, process chillers, pump packages, as well as exhaust and make-up air systems. The technicians are also available for factory trained equipment start-up. They offer warranty service on a wide variety of HVAC equipment from chillers to VRF and VRV systems.

Supervise and support HVAC technicians in service, maintenance, and repair work.

Manage daily schedules, dispatch, and workflow to maximize efficiency.

Provide technical guidance and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Monitor department budget, job costing, and invoicing.

Recruit, train, and evaluate team members.

Oversee inventory, tools, and fleet vehicles.

Enforce safety policies and compliance with local and state HVAC regulations.
