About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Commercial HVAC Lead Installer. As a commercial lead installer, you will be responsible for the complete start to finish installation of each day-to-day, job to job, project to project, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and expertise, ensuring that all jobs are at jobs are at a standard for all city and state code to pass all Mechanical inspections.
Your expertise in the HVAC industry is essential in maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and customer retention.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a very strong background in both HVAC replacement and new construction commercial HVAC installs, customer service, professionalism, efficiency, and safety performed on every job.

- Strong work ethic.
- Proven experience in HVAC Industry.
- Extensive knowledge of the HVAC and Refrigeration industry.
- Experience in performing HVAC Installs, start to finish.
- The ability to read prints.
- New construction projects including curb cut-ins.
- Duct work.
- Refrigeration piping.
- Gas lines.
- Strong organizational and leaderships skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a stocked truck and service truck.
- Monitor control inventory levels to maintain profitability and minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and customers, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
