About the Role
- Lead and manage field installation crews.
- Oversee exterior metal panel and building-envelope installation.
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings.
- Perform field survey, layout, and verification of predecessor work.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and installation schedules.
- Ensure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
- Assist PMs with pre-planning, constructability, and production planning.
- Monitor daily production, safety, quality, and job-site organization.
- Maintain daily reports, RFIs, production reports, delay logs, and field documentation.
- Coordinate with GCs, PMs, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Train and mentor installation crews.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
About the Candidate
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
- Strong exterior metal wall panel/building-envelope experience.
- Experience with ACM/MCM, phenolic, insulated panels, support systems, and/or louvers.
- Strong drawing and specification interpretation skills.
- Proven survey/layout experience using auto-level, transit, theodolite, etc.
- Procore and Bluebeam experience.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license.
