Senior Estimator – Glass Partitioning & Commercial Interior Fit-Outs

A leading specialist in commercial glazing solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional to take on a pivotal role within a forward-thinking company delivering premium interior fit-out projects across CAT A and CAT B commercial spaces.

About the Role

As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations, producing detailed AutoCAD drawings, and collaborating closely with the Projects Director to ensure the seamless delivery of high-specification projects. You will work across a variety of glazing and partitioning systems within the commercial office interiors sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for commercial glazing and interior fit-out projects

• Develop precise, fully detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD

• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates

• Liaise with the Projects Director and other internal stakeholders to support project planning and delivery

• Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing

• Ensure that all estimates are aligned with project timelines, budgets, and client expectations

Specialist Areas Include:

• Demountable glazing systems

• Fire-rated glass systems

• Architectural glazing and operable walls

• Automatic doorsets, doors, and ironmongery

• Glass manifestations and detailed design work
  
  
  
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior estimating role, ideally within the commercial interiors or glazing sector

• Strong working knowledge of CAT A & CAT B fit-outs

• High proficiency in AutoCAD

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tenders concurrently

• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

• Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
