Foreman

• Lead day to day site activities on commercial glazing projects, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with specifications
• Supervise and coordinate field crews to maintain productivity and meet project deadlines
• Work closely with the superintendent and project management team to keep schedules on track and address any on site issues
• Ensure installations are completed to the required quality standards and in accordance with drawings and specifications
• Carry out regular site checks and enforce strict adherence to health and safety procedures
• Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth site coordination
• Review drawings and shop drawings with crews to ensure accurate installation
• Monitor daily progress and assist with basic site reporting and documentation
• Support the project through installation to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover

• Minimum 5 years of hands on experience within the glazing industry, with a strong understanding of façade systems and installation methods
• Proven experience in a foreman or lead hand position, supervising crews on commercial construction sites
• Ability to lead and coordinate field teams, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to project schedules
• Strong working knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards on site
• Experience supporting project delivery from installation through to completion, ensuring work is completed in line with drawings and specifications
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawings accurately
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate crews and maintain site discipline
• Comfortable working on commercial projects ranging from $500K to $30M
