Flat Roofing Project Manager

They specialise in delivering high-value commercial projects, ranging from £500,000 to £12.5 million, and have recently opened new opportunities due to continued growth.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to oversee a key flat roofing project in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving company and manage a significant commercial build from inception to completion.

• Manage all aspects of a large-scale flat roofing project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee all project stages, from planning and procurement to execution and handover.

• Work closely with the client, ensuring clear communication and maintaining strong relationships.

• Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.

• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on site.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.

• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically with a strong focus on flat roofing projects.

• Demonstrable expertise in various flat roofing systems.

• Experience managing commercial projects, ideally within the £500,000 - £12.5 million range.

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS).
