Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager
to lead the successful delivery of fire remediation projects across firestopping, fire door remediation, and associated maintenance works. This role requires a strong understanding of CDM Regulations, the Building Safety Act (BSA), and fire safety compliance in Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs). You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and with a clear focus on quality and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As Project Manager, you will:

Lead fire remediation projects from mobilisation through to completion, meeting programme, budget, and quality targets.

Ensure strict compliance with CDM Regulations, the Building Safety Act, and fire safety legislation, particularly in HRB environments.

Oversee and coordinate firestopping, fire door remediation, and related works.

Manage and motivate project teams including Site Managers, subcontractors, and Resident Liaison Officers.

Prepare and maintain project programmes, risk registers, and quality assurance documentation.

Act as the key point of contact for residents and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, access arrangements, and resident satisfaction.

Chair progress meetings and provide clear, accurate reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Manage procurement of subcontractors and materials, ensuring best value and compliance.

Maintain robust record-keeping to meet audit and regulatory standards.

Drive a culture of safety first, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
across all projects.

Undertake a minimum of 12 hours CPD annually, keeping up to date with fire safety regulations and best practice.
