Fire Alarm & Inspector Technician

• My client is a non-union/open shop, state licensed, bonded and insured, Fire Sprinkler and Certified Alarm System Contractor.
• They have been doing business for over 35 years throughout Florida.
• They provide layout services, fabrication, installation, ongoing maintenance and inspections of fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems.
• Their goal is to provide other clients with the very best service and most competitive pricing available.
• Reputable and renowned in the Fire Protection industry throughout all of  Florida

• Hourly rate dependant on experience but in the range of $35 per hour

Duties will include inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs of wet, dry, and pre-action fire suppression systems.

• System Testing: Conduct routine preventative checks and diagnostic evaluations on water supply, pumps, and valves.

• Repairs: Troubleshoot system deficiencies, replace broken sprinkler heads, and fix pipe leaks.

• Compliance: Ensure all work strictly follows National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and local building regulations.

• Documentation: Prepare clear inspection reports and service logs for building owners and local authorities

• Personable, flexible and customer facing person is required
• Good knowledge of Codes and NFPA practices is required.
• A clear understanding of Fire compliance in relation to Sprinklers
• Good working service knowledge in Fire Sprinklers
• Flexible attitude and also a team player is needed for this role.
• Clean licence and be able to provide background checks and drugs screening
