Fire Alarm Foreman

A well-established Fire & Life Safety Contractor operating across Southwest Florida, specialising in large-scale commercial new construction projects. The company has experienced significant growth, now generating nearly $20m with a backlog over $20m.

This hire is a key priority to support that continued expansion.
Projects typically include airports, hotels, schools, offices, and other major commercial builds, with a focus on delivering quality installations and strong relationships with general contractors.

This position will see you leading installation crews on commercial new construction sites across Fort Myers, Naples, and Sarasota.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing daily site operations, schedules, and manpower allocation.
Overseeing all phases of fire alarm installation to ensure projects stay on time and within spec.
Reviewing drawings, performing device layout, and ensuring NFPA and NEC compliance.
Coordinating with GCs, inspectors, and other trades for seamless site execution.
Conducting inspections, testing, documentation, and assisting with programming as required.
Upholding site safety standards and mentoring junior technicians.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed Fire Alarm Foreman or Lead Technician (Level II in Florida) who thrives in commercial new construction environments.
