Field Operations Manager

I’m working on a Field Operations Manager opportunity with a specialist glazing contractor delivering storefront, curtain wall, and interior systems across multiple active projects.

This is a senior field leadership role for someone with strong hands-on glazing experience who has progressed into managing crews and taking ownership of site delivery.

You’ll act as the key link between the field and office, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with drawings and specifications.

• Lead and coordinate field crews across multiple live job sites
• Oversee daily progress, quality control, and site safety compliance
• Liaise closely with project management and office teams on scheduling and site updates
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure work meets specification
• Mentor and support field technicians and crew leads

• Strong background in glazing (storefront, curtain wall, interior systems, etc.)
• Proven experience supervising field crews or subcontractor teams
• Solid understanding of OSHA/site safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and installation details
• A hands-on, accountable leader with strong problem-solving ability
