Facades Site Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facade construction and site management, with demonstrable experience in relevant facade systems.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the facade industry, with specific expertise in render, re-cladding, cladding, and brickwork projects.

• In-depth knowledge of various facade systems and construction methodologies.

• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a site team and liaise with various stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control.

• Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

• Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS).

• Based in London or surrounding areas.

• Managing and supervising all on-site facade works, with a strong focus on render, re-cladding, cladding, and brickwork .

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Implementing and enforcing strict health and safety regulations on site.

• Coordinating with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other site personnel.

• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

• Managing site logistics, materials, and equipment.

• Troubleshooting and resolving any on-site challenges efficiently.

• Maintaining accurate site records and preparing progress reports.
