Overview

An established £20m+ high-rise residential drylining and façades specialist is seeking a highly competent Facades Restoration Project Manager to join their growing team. With current major projects including an 8-block façade (cladding) restoration in Collindale and several others in the pipeline, this is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and technically strong project manager with deep expertise in façade restoration.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of façade restoration projects, from mobilisation through to handover.

• Manage the restoration of high-rise residential buildings, including cladding, brickwork, and external envelope repairs.

• Ensure safe delivery on live sites including access management, scaffold/cradle coordination, and compliance with CDM regulations.

• Work closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to meet time, budget, and quality expectations.

• Drive schedules, manage risks, and troubleshoot issues to keep projects moving efficiently.

• Supervise subcontractors and in-house teams, enforcing high standards and health & safety protocols.

• Represent the company professionally on site and during progress meetings.

Essential Requirements

• Proven track record in façade restoration project management – ideally on high-rise or multi-block residential schemes.

• Strong technical knowledge of external envelope systems, cladding remediation, and restoration processes.

• Clear, confident communicator with excellent leadership and coordination skills.

• Demonstrable stability in previous roles — not seeking candidates with frequent job moves.

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Manager level), and First Aid certifications.

• Strong references required – ideally from two previous roles

Nice to Have

• Experience managing works on listed or heritage properties.

• Ability to manage multiple blocks or phased restoration works concurrently.

• Relevant qualifications in construction management, building surveying, or a related discipline.
