We are a growing  regional general contractor serving the Dallas–Fort Worth market, specializing in complex ground-up construction projects across a diverse range of commercial sectors.

Our portfolio includes  Hospitality, Casinos, Municipal, Healthcare, Entertainment, and Education  projects, with project values reaching up to  $70 million.

We are seeking an  Estimator with 2+ years of commercial construction experience  to join our preconstruction team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator who wants to work on challenging projects, develop their expertise, and grow with an established regional contractor.

Project Experience

Experience with one or more of the following project types is highly desirable:

• Hospitality & Hotels
• Casinos & Gaming Facilities
• Healthcare
• Municipal / Public Buildings
• Entertainment & Sports Facilities
• Higher Education & K-12
• Other complex commercial ground-up construction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Ground-up construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with projects in the  $10M–$70M+ range  is a plus.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, materials, and sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong quantity takeoff and cost-estimating skills.
