My client is a Renovations client that is a premier contractor specializing in multi-family and commercial property renovations throughout the DFW Metroplex. Our work ranges from full clubhouse and leasing office overhauls to large-scale roofing, masonry, and stucco projects. Position Summary

They are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Renovations Estimator to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial and multi-family renovation projects. You will work closely with the operations team to develop You will get involved in budgets, perform quantity take-offs, and contribute to pricing strategies that align with company goals and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for commercial renovation projects
• Develop project budgets based on scope, labor, materials, and subcontractor input
• Evaluate bid specifications, architectural plans, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates
• Collaborate with project managers, preconstruction teams, and subcontractors throughout the bidding and budgeting process
• Track and analyze project costs, ensuring adherence to company pricing standards
• Maintain organized estimate documentation and ensure timely submissions
• Provide clear and professional communication with internal teams and clients
