About the Role
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8 engineers and design professionals.

Oversee the development of comprehensive design kits for use in pre-fabricated and design-build construction projects.

Ensure all designs meet applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.

Use and oversee the use of Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling tools to deliver accurate and efficient design solutions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, fabrication teams, and field operations to ensure smooth project execution.

Serve as the engineering authority on projects, signing off on design work as required by holding a valid Professional Engineer (PE) License.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on technical solutions and project timelines.

Drive continuous improvement of design standards, workflows, and documentation practices.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
About the Candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, or related field).
- Active PE License (Professional Engineer) is required .
- Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience, with 3+ years in a management or team leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD , and 3D modeling software (e.g., Navisworks, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
- Proven experience with design-build and/or pre-fabrication projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
