Key Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct inspections of electrical and energy systems and installations.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Review installation quality and identify defects or non-conformance issues.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and documentation.
• Maintain detailed QA/QC records, inspection reports, and punch lists.
• Work closely with electrical contractors, Superintendents, Project Managers, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor corrective actions and ensure issues are resolved and properly documented.
• Support energy-system testing and verification prior to turnover.
• Review test results and assist with troubleshooting where required.
• Participate in quality meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and maintained through project closeout.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have proven QA/QC experience within electrical, commercial, industrial, data center, or mission-critical construction, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and project quality requirements.

Experience with energy systems, commissioning, testing, inspections, electrical distribution, or mission-critical infrastructure is highly desirable.

Key requirements:

• Previous QA/QC, Energy Marshal, Electrical QA/QC, or similar experience.
• Strong commercial or mission-critical electrical experience.
• Good understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, and installation standards.
• Experience conducting inspections and managing punch lists.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to identify quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Experience working on large-scale projects is preferred.
