About the Role
- Lead and manage all on-site electrical construction activities
- Supervise foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain short-interval schedules in coordination with the Project Manager
- Plan manpower, equipment, and material needs to maintain productivity targets
- Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and jobsite compliance standards
- Coordinate with general contractors, owners, inspectors, and other trades
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure proper execution
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays
- Track production, manage labor costs, and report progress to project leadership
- Support quality control and commissioning efforts through project closeout
About the Candidate
- 7–15+ years of electrical construction experience
- 5+ years in a Superintendent or Senior Foreman leadership role
- Proven experience leading large commercial, high-rise, healthcare, industrial, or mission-critical projects
- Strong understanding of NEC and electrical installation best practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience managing large crews (20+ electricians preferred on larger projects)
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA certification preferred
