About the Role

  • Lead and manage all on-site electrical construction activities
  • Supervise foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and subcontractors
  • Develop and maintain short-interval schedules in coordination with the Project Manager
  • Plan manpower, equipment, and material needs to maintain productivity targets
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and jobsite compliance standards
  • Coordinate with general contractors, owners, inspectors, and other trades
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure proper execution
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays
  • Track production, manage labor costs, and report progress to project leadership
  • Support quality control and commissioning efforts through project closeout

About the Candidate

  • 7–15+ years of electrical construction experience
  • 5+ years in a Superintendent or Senior Foreman leadership role
  • Proven experience leading large commercial, high-rise, healthcare, industrial, or mission-critical projects
  • Strong understanding of NEC and electrical installation best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience managing large crews (20+ electricians preferred on larger projects)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • OSHA certification preferred
