About the Client

We are conducting a nationwide search for Senior Electrical Superintendents with extensive Mission Critical experience. Our client is seeking high-calibre professionals with a consistent track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical packages on projects valued at $20M+, not just occasionally but over several years.

This search is focused on identifying top-tier talent—those who may not be actively seeking new opportunities but have a reputation for delivering excellence in the field.

Candidates must be open to relocating to Dallas, Texas. A face-to-face interview will be required prior to any offer being made, and all travel expenses will be covered, including flights, accommodation, and local transportation.

About the Role

Safety & Compliance:
  • Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance on-site
  • Support incident investigations and ensure timely documentation
  • Coordinate with agencies on inspections and regulatory matters

Leadership & Oversight:
  • Lead and support Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews
  • Resolve site issues, maintain productivity, and promote strong team morale
  • Act as the key liaison between field teams and project leadership

Project Execution:
  • Manage daily field operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor scheduling
  • Collaborate with project managers on planning and progress tracking

Client & Stakeholder Relations:
  • Represent the company in the field with clients, GCs, inspectors, and consultants
  • Maintain strong relationships through effective communication and professionalism
  • Attend site walk-throughs and resolve field-related issues

Documentation & Change Management:
  • Oversee RFIs, change orders, and maintain as-built documentation
  • Support cost tracking, billing, and record keeping with PM teams
  • Monitor logs and field documentation to identify potential impacts

Quality & Performance:
  • Evaluate field productivity and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure subcontractor performance and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate with safety, procurement, and engineering to stay aligned with project goals

About the Candidate

Education, Experience & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in an Electrical, Industrial, or related construction leadership role
  • Proven track record on large infrastructure projects including data centres, water treatment, or power generation
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, sequencing, safety, and logistics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
  • Experienced in cost control, forecasting, and contract administration
  • Effective under pressure with strong problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Willing to travel to and between job sites as needed
