About the Role
- Lead and supervise field crews, foremen, and subcontractors
- Manage daily jobsite operations, productivity, and workflow
- Ensure all work meets NEC codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
- Assist project managers with scheduling, manpower planning, and field coordination
- Communicate clearly with PMs, clients, inspectors, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and change orders
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and enforce jobsite safety policies
- Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and site logistics
- Identify and resolve field issues quickly to keep projects on track
- Provide accurate daily reports and updates to project management
- Support project closeout, punch lists, and commissioning activities
About the Candidate
- 8+ years of electrical construction experience, including leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and commercial/industrial electrical systems
- Proven ability to supervise large crews and complex field operations
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and jobsite compliance
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job locations
