With a significant presence in major U.S. markets, the firm maintains a reputation for quality, reliability, and long-term client relationships.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day field operations for electrical construction projects

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment

  • Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, safety regulations, and company standards

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop foremen and field personnel

  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades

  • Conduct daily site walks, safety meetings, and progress reviews

  • Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and constructability challenges

  • Track productivity, monitor schedules, and support project milestones

  • Enforce safety policies and promote a strong safety culture on all job sites

  • Assist with inspections, testing, commissioning, and project closeout

About the Candidate

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, including leadership or supervisory roles

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Foreman on commercial or industrial projects

  • Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and construction means and methods

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • OSHA certification preferred (OSHA 30 strongly preferred)

Preferred Experience

  • Healthcare, data center, and large commercial construction projects

  • Managing large crews and multiple foremen

  • Experience with scheduling software and project management tools
