About the Role
- Lead and oversee commercial electrical projects ranging from $1M to $10M in value
- Supervise and manage field crews of up to 30 electricians and apprentices
- Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Enforce and maintain safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and company policies across all crews
- Review and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications to guide field operations
- Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor labor, materials, and equipment to maintain efficiency and cost control
About the Candidate
- 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent (or similar leadership role)
- Strong background in commercial electrical projects ranging from $1M to $10M
- Active state-recognized Electrical License
- Proven ability to manage and lead crews of up to 30 electricians and apprentices
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Solid knowledge of NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
