About the Role

  • Lead and oversee commercial electrical projects ranging from $1M to $10M in value
  • Supervise and manage field crews of up to 30 electricians and apprentices
  • Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Enforce and maintain safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and company policies across all crews
  • Review and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications to guide field operations
  • Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor labor, materials, and equipment to maintain efficiency and cost control

About the Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent (or similar leadership role)
  • Strong background in commercial electrical projects ranging from $1M to $10M
  • Active state-recognized Electrical License
  • Proven ability to manage and lead crews of up to 30 electricians and apprentices
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
  • Solid knowledge of NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
