About the Role

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Maintain detailed project records and daily reports.
Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding project status.
Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact timelines or quality.

Package:

Pay rate: $45–$50 per hour (based on interview performance).
$900/month truck allowance (maintenance & fuel).
70% employer-paid health insurance (dependents at additional cost).
32 hours PTO (Sick Time) at hire date, renewed annually.
Additional 40 hours PTO (Vacation Time) each year.
6 paid holidays annually.
All benefits and continued employment subject to performance expectations.

About the Candidate

The ideal Superintendent will bring a proven track record in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards. Experience in managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining project schedules is essential.

Experience Required / Desired:

Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial or industrial construction.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
Ability to solve problems quickly and maintain project timelines.
Proficiency with construction management software (desired but not essential).
