Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Leading and supervising field crews of 25–30 electricians and apprentices
- Scheduling manpower and coordinating daily tasks on-site
- Ensuring projects are progressing safely and on time
- Interpreting drawings and plans to guide installations
- Working closely with foremen, subcontractors, and site managers
- Conducting daily safety meetings and enforcing jobsite protocols

About the Candidate
We’re seeking a seasoned Electrical Superintendent with a proven background in leading crews on commercial construction sites. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and confident managing 25–30 personnel across active job sites.

- Be familiar with interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
- Understand and enforce site safety standards and practices
