We're currently working with an established electrical contractor based in the DFW area that specializes in electrical, security, and structured cabling solutions. They offer full design-build capabilities and turnkey installations across a range of commercial applications. About the Role

We’re working with a respected electrical contractor in the DFW area that is looking to hire an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations across a range of commercial projects, primarily within the education, municipal, and healthcare sectors.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
 
  • Leading and supervising field crews of 25–30 electricians and apprentices
  • Scheduling manpower and coordinating daily tasks on-site
  • Ensuring projects are progressing safely and on time
  • Interpreting drawings and plans to guide installations
  • Working closely with foremen, subcontractors, and site managers
  • Conducting daily safety meetings and enforcing jobsite protocols

About the Candidate

We’re seeking a seasoned Electrical Superintendent with a proven background in leading crews on commercial construction sites. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and confident managing 25–30 personnel across active job sites.

Ideal candidates will:
  • Have 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Foreman
  • Be highly experienced in commercial work — particularly in education, healthcare, and municipal projects
  • Be confident managing manpower, schedules, and field coordination
  • Possess strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Be familiar with interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
  • Understand and enforce site safety standards and practices

Package:

Rate: Up to $50/hour
Vehicle Allowance: $500/month
401(k): 100% match up to 4%
Medical Insurance: Fully covered for employee
Holidays: 8 paid holidays
