About the Role
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with values up to $20 million.
- Ability to oversee and manage up to 80 individuals on-site.
- Minimum of 6 years as a superintendent for an electrical contractor.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
About the Candidate
- Lead commercial electrical projects up to $20 million, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish.
- Manage and oversee up to 100 team members on-site, keeping operations efficient and productive.
- Review project plans, estimates, and contracts to make sure everything aligns with the big picture.
- Keep a close eye on budgets and track costs to stay within contractual limits.
- Monitor project progress, keeping schedules on track and addressing any roadblocks along the way.
- Communicate key updates and coordinate with different departments to keep everyone in the loop.
- Plan and oversee electrical construction work, making sure it meets safety and quality standards.
- Make sure the right people, materials, and equipment are in place to get the job done.
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues alongside engineers and contractors.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide project updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
