About the Client
About the Role
- You’re an experienced Electrical Project Manager who thrives on complexity, responsibility, and the chance to lead from the front. You’ve spent years delivering large commercial or institutional electrical projects, and you understand what it takes to steer multi-million-dollar scopes from preconstruction through closeout without losing sight of safety, quality, or financial performance.
- You’re the person teams look to when decisions need to be made with clarity. You’re calm under pressure, structured in your approach, and confident navigating owners, general contractors, design teams, and field leadership. You don’t just manage tasks — you guide the entire project rhythm, spotting risks early and keeping the critical path in motion.
- You know your way around complex schedules, cost reports, and contract documents, and you’re comfortable negotiating scopes, evaluating subcontractors, and taking ownership of the project’s commercial success. Your technical understanding of electrical construction is matched by your ability to communicate clearly, lead diverse teams, and mentor the next generation of PMs and engineers.
- You’re organised, detail-driven, and professional — the kind of leader who builds trust quickly and pushes projects forward with purpose. If you’re ready to bring that level of experience and leadership to major builds and influence how projects are delivered across a growing division, this role aligns with exactly where you are in your career.
