About the Client

This client is a long-established electrical contracting firm with more than a century of operational history in Texas. They are recognized for delivering large, complex projects across multiple sectors, including healthcare, commercial, institutional, and residential developments.

The company maintains a strong presence throughout the state and is known for executing high-value electrical packages on major ground-up builds, renovations, and mission-critical environments. Their project portfolio routinely includes work exceeding $20M, with extensive experience in hospitals, medical campuses, and large commercial facilities.

Backed by stable leadership and a high level of technical expertise, the organization places strong emphasis on safety, quality, schedule performance, and long-term client relationships. They offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and clear career-growth opportunities within a supportive operational structure.

About the Role

If you're a seasoned Electrical Project Manager ready to take command of high-profile, multi-million-dollar projects, this opportunity is built for you.

We’re working with one of Texas’s most established and respected electrical contractors—an organization with more than a century of success delivering complex healthcare, commercial, and mission-critical projects across the state. Their San Antonio division is growing, and they're looking for a Senior Project Manager who can lead large teams, drive strategic decisions, and own project execution from precon to turnover.

This isn’t a “keep the lights on” type of PM role. This is big project leadership —the kind where your experience, foresight, and ability to stay ahead of risk set the entire job up for success.

Why this role stands out:

  • You’ll lead major electrical scopes on large healthcare and commercial builds, including high-value, high-stakes projects that demand precision and expertise.

  • You’ll work with an operations team that backs their PMs with manpower, resources, and real decision-making authority.

  • You’ll have the chance to mentor junior PMs and play a key role in shaping project delivery across the division.

What they’re looking for:

A Senior PM who’s already mastered the fundamentals—budgeting, scheduling, cost control, change management—and is ready for a role where leadership, strategy, and communication matter just as much as technical skill. Someone who can see the big picture, anticipate challenges before they land, and bring confidence and structure to the team.

What’s on the table:

  • Competitive base salary

  • Truck and cell allowance

  • Full medical/dental/vision and generous PTO

  • Strong 401(k) match

  • A stable company with long-standing clients and consistent backlog

  • Opportunities for long-term advancement within a respected Texas brand

If you’re ready to lead flagship projects, elevate field and office teams, and make a real impact on some of the most significant builds in the region, this is a role worth exploring.
