About the Role

As the Electrical Project Manager, you will take ownership of the planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Phoenix market.

Working closely with Superintendents, field teams, clients, and vendors, you will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, managing financial performance, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are upheld.

You will be responsible for:

Managing all phases of electrical construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, schedule management, client communication, and project closeout activities.
Leading project teams to deliver complex commercial projects within healthcare, education, government, and institutional environments while maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Hospitals and healthcare facilities
Medical centres and specialist clinics
Police stations and public safety buildings
Government and municipal projects
Universities, colleges, and educational campuses
K-12 schools and educational facilities

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a background managing commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through to closeout. You will be an organised and proactive leader, capable of balancing client expectations, subcontractor relationships, and project financial performance.

You will have:

Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager, successfully delivering commercial electrical projects ranging from $2 million to $10 million in value.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
