Electrical Project Manager

• Manage electrical construction projects from bid award through closeout.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with electricians, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope to confirm project requirements and identify risks or changes.
• Oversee material procurement, equipment orders, and vendor negotiations.
• Monitor project progress, job costs, manpower levels, and productivity.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and alignment with project timelines.
• Prepare and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to field teams.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and Correct Electric standards.
• Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation.

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or project management role.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and NEC codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
