They offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and clear career-growth opportunities within a supportive operational structure.

About the Role

If you're an Electrical Project Manager ready to step onto some of the most complex and rewarding projects in Texas, this opportunity should be on your radar.

We’re partnering with a 100+ year industry leader known for delivering major hospitals, commercial campuses, and large-scale developments across the state. Their San Antonio team is growing fast, and they’re adding experienced Project Managers to help lead high-value electrical packages on major new builds—including a ground-up $170M hospital project.

This is your chance to join a contractor with deep roots, a strong reputation, and a long history of doing things the right way. They empower PMs with real authority, strong operational support, and a long runway for advancement.

What makes this role stand out:

  • You’ll take the lead on complex, high-stakes healthcare and commercial projects where precision and performance matter.

  • You’ll work with a team that values safety, quality, and long-term relationships—not churn and burn.

  • You’ll have access to the tools, manpower, and leadership support needed to run projects the way they should be run.

What they’re looking for:

  • A project leader with experience managing electrical scopes on large commercial or healthcare builds.

  • Someone who can own schedules, budgets, manpower, and risk with confidence.

  • A communicator who thrives in fast-moving environments and collaborates effectively with supers, engineers, owners, and GCs.

What’s on the table:

  • Competitive salary

  • Truck and cell allowance

  • Generous PTO and full medical/dental/vision

  • A strong 401(k) match

  • A stable, respected, long-standing employer committed to career growth

If you're ready for a role where your experience actually matters—and where you can build projects that define a city’s skyline and infrastructure—this is the move you’ve been waiting for.
