About the Role

  • Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
  • Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and local electrical codes.
  • Coordinate with engineering, estimating, and field operations to ensure alignment and smooth project flow.
  • Monitor project costs and profitability, prepare regular progress reports, and manage change orders.
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear communication and documentation of action items and decisions.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues as they arise.

About the Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in commercial or industrial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems , construction practices, codes, and safety standards.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
