About the Role
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will have full responsibility for the successful delivery of one or more hyperscale data center projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:

- Leading project strategy, financial performance, scheduling and overall project execution.
- Managing preconstruction activities, RFIs, procurement and design coordination.
- Collaborating with BIM/VDC and Prefabrication teams to maximise efficiency and constructability.
- Driving safety, QA/QC and commissioning processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing project risks, change orders and client communication.
- Mentoring Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and field teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
About the Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a proven background delivering large-scale Mission Critical/Data Center projects.

- Experience leading hyperscale or Mission Critical electrical projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, change management and risk mitigation.
- Experience working closely with BIM/VDC, Prefabrication and field operations teams.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to develop project teams and build strong client relationships.
- A proactive approach to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
