We’re supporting a well-regarded electrical contractor in the DFW area with the hire of an experienced Electrical Foreman to help lead field operations across commercial projects, with a focus on education, municipal, and healthcare facilities.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Supervising a crew of up to 10 electricians/apprentices on-site
- Reading and interpreting drawings and ensuring correct installations
- Coordinating with Superintendents and Project Managers to meet project goals
- Tracking progress, materials, and inspections
- Enforcing safety practices and participating in toolbox talks
- Providing technical support and guidance to the team

About the Candidate
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Electrical Foreman with experience leading small crews on commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-conscious, and confident in both their technical ability and leadership style.

- Have 3–5+ years of experience as a Foreman or Lead Electrician
- Be experienced with commercial electrical systems — especially in education, healthcare, and municipal projects
- Be comfortable managing crews of up to 10 electricians/apprentices
- Possess a strong understanding of electrical installations and code compliance
- Be organized, communicative, and able to keep jobs running on schedule
- Uphold safety protocols and lead by example in the field
Package:
- Rate: Up to $45/hour
- Vehicle Allowance: $500/month
- 401(k): 100% match up to 4%
