• Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical crews on construction projects.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with project managers, engineers, and general contractors.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Resolve any issues or problems that arise on the job site.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that the job site is maintained in a clean and organized manner.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrical foreman or supervisor.
• Proven track record of successfully managing electrical construction projects in the $2 million range.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
