Electrical Estimator

Our client is an established commercial electrical contractor based in Georgia, with a strong and consistent pipeline of work across the Atlanta area.

The business works with a number of repeat General Contractors and delivers electrical projects ranging from smaller works through to projects valued at several million dollars. The majority of their larger projects typically fall within the $500K–$2M range, with some projects reaching approximately $3.5M.

The company is continuing to grow and is looking to strengthen its estimating team with an experienced Electrical Estimator who can take ownership of the estimating function and contribute to the continued success of the business.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join the team on an office-based basis in Norcross.

This is a key position within the business, with a consistent pipeline of commercial estimating work. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and efficient estimates and will play an important role in supporting the company's ongoing workload.

You will work predominantly on commercial electrical projects, with project values ranging from approximately $25K to $3.5M, although the majority of sizeable projects are between $500K and $2M.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical estimating.

This is not a general construction estimating position. The client specifically requires someone with genuine electrical estimating experience who understands commercial electrical projects and can work independently.

• Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility for the estimating function

Software Experience

The company currently uses Procore Estimating.

Experience with other estimating platforms such as AccuBID or McCormick will also be considered, with the company open to candidates transitioning onto their Procore Estimating system.
