About the Role
As an Electrical Estimator, you will support the Preconstruction team by preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial electrical projects.
Key responsibilities include:

- Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation to prepare detailed estimates.
- Producing quantity take-offs and obtaining vendor and subcontractor pricing.
- Assisting with bid strategy, design-assist projects and value engineering opportunities.
- Working closely with senior estimators throughout the estimating process.
- Supporting and mentoring junior estimators while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Maintaining accuracy, meeting bid deadlines and occasionally visiting project sites.
About the Candidate
We are seeking an Electrical Estimator with experience pricing commercial electrical construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of electrical estimating experience within the construction industry.
- Experience producing quantity take-offs, reviewing drawings and preparing competitive cost estimates.
- Knowledge of electrical construction methods, materials and subcontractor/vendor pricing.
- Proficiency with estimating software such as Accubid, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office (AutoCAD is advantageous).
