About the Client
About the Role
As an Electrical Estimator, you’ll be a key member of a close-knit estimating team, currently composed of a Chief Estimator, a Senior Estimator, and a Junior Estimator. You'll be responsible for preparing accurate electrical estimates for projects ranging from $1K to $40M. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing timely and competitive bids using ConEst
- Analyzing blueprints, specifications, and drawings
- Securing vendor quotes and maintaining supplier relationships
- Managing submittals and shop drawings
- Supporting the proposal process and leading bid reviews
- Attending job site visits and team meetings as required
About the Candidate
We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator with a background in commercial electrical construction. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical estimating (preferred)
- At least 2 years’ experience in commercial construction (preferred)
- Familiarity with estimating tools such as ConEst and Bluebeam
- Strong knowledge of the NEC and electrical construction standards
- A Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
