To work on commercial projects across Florida, being predominantly based in Tampa.
These range from $1m - $30m projects on Education Buildings, Government Buildings, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail and other commercial sites.

- Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
- Location: Tampa
- Vehicle: Company Car / Car Allowance
- Working Hours: 8 Hour Shift

About the Candidate
- Must have experience working on commercial sites.
- Seven to ten years of experience related to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities or an equivalent combination of education and experience, five of which were supervisory.
- Management training.
- Commercial Driver's License
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical functions.
- Knowledge of construction electrical work.
- Knowledge of energy management.
- Knowledge of fire alarm systems.
- Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams.
- Communication and supervisory skills.
- Ability to operate a computer.
