Retake-off the project from estimating to get familiar with the job and setup budgets for material, labor and
subcontractors. Create all purchase orders necessary for all vendors and subcontracts. Create submittals for all
materials to be submitted. Manage all document control for the field (RFI's, pricing, shop drawings, etc.). Manage
PlanGrid for the job. Pricing and cost controls for budgets and added cost.
