The role involves performing detailed take-offs from blueprints, preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating with project teams and subcontractors, and ensuring bids align with project budgets and timelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of supporting the company’s growth by delivering competitive and reliable estimates for high-value projects.
