About the Role
Operational Management:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize project execution and maximize efficiency.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or challenges.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of project managers, superintendents, and field personnel.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations effectively.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to assess project profitability and overall company performance.
- Implement cost-saving measures and improve operational efficiency to enhance financial results.
- Develop and manage the company's budget and financial forecasts.
About the Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial concrete projects.
- Proven track record in leading and managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
