The Company

A well-established construction contractor delivering drylining and ceiling solutions across commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors. Known for handling complex projects and delivering quality at pace, they have a pipeline of major contracts and need design support immediately.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Designer to join the team and help deliver high-value drylining and ceiling projects. You’ll produce drawings, coordinate with site teams, and ensure designs are buildable, compliant, and on programme.

Responsibilities

• Produce layouts, technical drawings, and design packages (AutoCAD/Revit) for drylining and ceilings.

• Work with PMs, site teams, and consultants to resolve design issues.

• Ensure compliance with regulations (fire, acoustic, structural, etc.).

• Revise and update drawings as projects progress.

• Support presentations and design coordination meetings.

• 3+ years’ experience in drylining and ceilings .

• Strong CAD/Revit skills.

• Good technical knowledge of partitions, ceilings, and relevant systems.

• Familiar with building regulations and construction detailing.

• Strong communicator, proactive, and adaptable.
