Controls Intergration Engineer

• Design and engineer controls and automation solutions for commercial and mission-critical facilities
• Develop and modify control sequences, logic, and programming
• Integrate BAS/DDC systems with HVAC, electrical, and other building systems
• Configure controllers, supervisory systems, graphics, alarms, and databases
• Develop points lists, sequences of operation, control drawings, and network architecture
• Integrate systems using protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and TCP/IP
• Troubleshoot controls hardware, software, networking, and communication issues
• Perform system startup, commissioning, point-to-point testing, and functional testing
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, commissioning, and project engineering teams
• Review project drawings, specifications, submittals, and sequences of operation
• Support field technicians during installation and commissioning
• Develop system graphics, trends, alarms, and reporting
• Identify integration issues and provide technical solutions
• Document programming changes, commissioning results, and system configurations
• Provide technical support to customers and project teams

• 3+ years of experience in controls integration, BAS, DDC, automation, or controls engineering
• Strong understanding of HVAC and building control systems
• Experience programming and configuring BAS/DDC systems
• Strong understanding of controls networks and communication protocols
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, controls, and engineering drawings
• Experience with system commissioning and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of sequences of operation
• Ability to work across both engineering and field environments
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
