Commercial Roofing Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial roofing projects throughout the Dallas area. This role is responsible for managing multiple job sites, leading field personnel, maintaining the highest safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with commercial roofing systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to successfully manage crews across multiple projects.

• Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews across multiple active job sites.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with OSHA regulations and established safety standards.
• Perform quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction.
• Coordinate inspections with local authorities and project stakeholders.
• Identify scheduling or construction conflicts and communicate solutions to the project team.
• Maintain accurate daily reports documenting project progress, manpower, and site activities.
• Monitor labor productivity, project schedules, budgets, and material deliveries.
• Conduct regular job site meetings with foremen and field personnel.
• Ensure all job sites remain clean, organized, and professionally maintained.
• Manage punch list completion and closeout activities.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to field teams while promoting best practices in commercial roofing installation.
• Successfully oversee multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through completion.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Foreman or Superintendent.
• Proven experience managing commercial roofing field personnel and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up Roofing (BUR), and metal roofing systems.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate project execution.
• Experience using mobile and computer-based project management or reporting software.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
